{"id":122,"date":"2017-09-12T08:56:01","date_gmt":"2017-09-12T08:56:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.grabthisrecipe.com\/index.php\/2017\/09\/12\/reuben-casserole\/"},"modified":"2017-10-31T22:12:17","modified_gmt":"2017-10-31T22:12:17","slug":"reuben-casserole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grabthisrecipe.com\/index.php\/reuben-casserole\/","title":{"rendered":"Reuben Casserole"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6 slices rye bread, divided<br \/>\n1 pound pastrami or corned beef, thinly sliced or shaved<br \/>\n1 (14.5 oz.) can sauerkraut<br \/>\n4 cups Swiss Cheese, shredded<br \/>\n1 cup dill pickles, chopped<br \/>\n1 cup milk<br \/>\n1\/3 cup Thousand Island dressing<br \/>\n1\/4 cup mustard<br \/>\n3 large eggs<br \/>\n2 teaspoons caraway seeds<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350\u00ba F and lightly grease a 9\u00d711-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.<\/p>\n<p>Take four pieces of rye bread and cut them into cubes. Place remaining bread in food processor, pulse until you\u2019ve got fine breadcrumbs and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Spread cubed bread out along the bottom of your baking dish, then cover with 1\/2 of pastrami.
