{"id":47,"date":"2014-06-11T09:06:25","date_gmt":"2014-06-11T09:06:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.grabthisrecipe.com\/index.php\/2014\/06\/11\/chinese-new-year-s-noodles\/"},"modified":"2017-10-31T23:31:30","modified_gmt":"2017-10-31T23:31:30","slug":"chinese-new-year-s-noodles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grabthisrecipe.com\/index.php\/chinese-new-year-s-noodles\/","title":{"rendered":"Chinese New Year&#8217;s Noodles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>8 oz. dried rice noodles<\/p>\n<p>12 dried Chinese or oyster mushrooms<\/p>\n<p>1 cup chicken or vegetable broth<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon soy sauce<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon corn starch<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon sugar<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon peanut oil<\/p>\n<p>2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon minced garlic<\/p>\n<p>1.5 cups Chinese (celery) cabbage<\/p>\n<p>1.5 cups bean sprouts<\/p>\n<p>1 cup sliced bamboo shoot<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon sesame oil<\/p>\n<p>1-2 scallions chopped for garnish<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.
