{"id":500,"date":"2020-12-06T18:59:41","date_gmt":"2020-12-06T18:59:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.grabthisrecipe.com\/?p=500"},"modified":"2020-12-06T18:59:42","modified_gmt":"2020-12-06T18:59:42","slug":"instant-pot-crack-chicken","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grabthisrecipe.com\/index.php\/instant-pot-crack-chicken\/","title":{"rendered":"Instant Pot Crack Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br>4 slices thick cut bacon, diced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the Chicken Breasts<\/strong><br>1 tablespoon olive oil<br>1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts<br>1\/2 teaspoon paprika<br>1\/2 teaspoon garlic powder<br>Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the Cream Cheese + Ranch Seasoning Mix<\/strong><br>8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature<br>1\/2 teaspoon garlic powder<br>1\/2 teaspoon onion powder<br>1\/2 teaspoon dried dill weed<br>1\/2 teaspoon dried chives<br>Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste<br>1 cup low sodium chicken broth<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For Garnish<\/strong><br>Chopped fresh parsley<br>Sliced green scallions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><br>Press the &#8220;Saut\u00e9&#8221; button on the Instant Pot and wait for it to heat up.<br>Add the diced bacon and cook for a minute or two, or to a desired crispness.
