{"id":58,"date":"2014-07-15T19:35:22","date_gmt":"2014-07-15T19:35:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.grabthisrecipe.com\/index.php\/2014\/07\/15\/mexican-steak-fajitas\/"},"modified":"2017-10-31T23:08:35","modified_gmt":"2017-10-31T23:08:35","slug":"mexican-steak-fajitas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grabthisrecipe.com\/index.php\/mexican-steak-fajitas\/","title":{"rendered":"Mexican Steak Fajitas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup orange juice<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup white vinegar<\/p>\n<p>4 garlic cloves, minced<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon seasoned salt<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon dried oregano<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon ground cumin<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper<\/p>\n<p>1 pound beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1\/4-inch strips<\/p>\n<p>1 medium onion, thinly sliced<\/p>\n<p>1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced<\/p>\n<p>1 medium sweet red pepper, thinly sliced<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoons canola oil, divided<\/p>\n<p>4 to 6 flour tortillas (10 inches), warmed<\/p>\n<p>Shredded cheddar cheese, picante sauce and sour cream, optional<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the orange juice, vinegar,<\/p>\n<p>garlic and seasonings; add the beef. Seal bag and turn to coat; set<\/p>\n<p>aside. In a skillet, saute onion and peppers in 1 tablespoon oil<\/p>\n<p>until crisp-tender; remove and set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Drain and discard marinade. In the same skillet, cook beef in<\/p>\n<p>remaining oil for 2-4 minutes or until it reaches desired doneness.<\/p>\n<p>Return vegetables to pan; heat through. Spoon meat and vegetables<\/p>\n<p>onto tortillas.
