Sliced shiitake Mushrooms<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 onion, Minced<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 T Chopped ginger<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1\/2 C. Madeira wine<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 T sliced scallion<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 3 Oz. Cream Cheese<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Melt 3 Tablespoons butter in a saucepan<\/p>\n<p>2. add shallots, ginger and mushrooms and cook until almost dry<\/p>\n<p>3. Add wine and reduce until almost dry<\/p>\n<p>4. Stir in cream cheese, parsley and thyme and season with salt and pepper<\/p>\n<p>5. Chill until mixture has set<\/p>\n<p>6.
