{"id":95,"date":"2015-10-09T09:36:32","date_gmt":"2015-10-09T09:36:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.grabthisrecipe.com\/index.php\/2015\/10\/09\/1-hour-chili\/"},"modified":"2017-10-31T22:29:45","modified_gmt":"2017-10-31T22:29:45","slug":"1-hour-chili","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grabthisrecipe.com\/index.php\/1-hour-chili\/","title":{"rendered":"1 Hour Chili"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 pounds ground beef<br \/>\n2 cloves minced garlic<br \/>\n14 oz can of tomato sauce<br \/>\n10 oz can of diced tomatoes and green chilies<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 tsp oregano<br \/>\n1 tbs ground cumin<br \/>\n2 tbs chili powder<br \/>\n14 oz kidney beans drained and rinsed<br \/>\n14 oz pinto beans drained and rinsed<br \/>\n1\/4 cup corn flour<br \/>\n1\/2 cup warm water<br \/>\nsour cream, chopped onion, grated cheddar, cilantro for serving<br \/>\ncorn chips for serving<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Brown the beef with the garlic in a large pot over medium-high heat. \u00a0Drain off excess fat. \u00a0Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, oregano, cumin, and chili powder. \u00a0Stir and cover.
