Chinese-Style Country Ribs

Ingredients:

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 clove of crushed garlic
3-4 lbs pork country style or spare ribs

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup and garlic.  brush both sides of ribs with mixture.  Place in slow cooker.  pour remaining sauce over ribs.  Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until ribs are tender.  Serve hot.

Yield: 4-6 servings
