2 cups flour
4 eggs (yolks and whites separated)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking power
3 tbsp white sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1. In a large bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the egg yolks, milk and oil. Pour into the flour mixture and stir until the lumps are gone.
3. In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
4. Pour batter into waffle make and cook per manufacturer instructions.
