Ingredients
2/3 cup coconut milk
1 1/3 cup water
1.5 cups of mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
1 banana
2 scoops of protein powder
(for a healthier shake aim for less than 25g protein and less than 5g of sugar)
Directions
Add ingredients to a blender, mix and enjoy!
